The BlondMe Toners are integrated with the Bond Enforcing Hydrolock Technology for minimal hair breakage. It is a pH-neutral and ammonia-free gel-cream that is easy to apply.

Instructions for use : Take one part paint and one part blonde with toning. Mix in a non-metallic jar. Apply to the hair. Let it act. Rinse.
